Payment of Services:
Private Pay / Self Pay- Foundation to Flourish Therapy services is a private or self pay concierge practice. FTF goes above and beyond to provide individualized consultations and therapeutic interventions to children of all ages. At this time FTF is considered " Out of Network" with insurance
However!
Superbill- An individual superbill can be provided at families request in order for them to reach out to their own plans for reimbursement.
